  • Shipping & Delivery
  • We do not ship to any countries other than the United States (except for APO and FPO military addresses). Shipments to APO's, FPO's, Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges due to the size and weight of many of our items. Call for a quote before placing an order.

    Procedure: All orders received for in-stock items will ship within 1 business day. If an item is back ordered, you will receive a notification email with the approximate delivery date. For all orders, we use UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of the order. You will receive a UPS or USPS tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.

    Typical Transit time: Items shipped to addresses in the continental U.S. will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses usually arrive in 6 to 10 business days. We do not ship to any other countries.

    Delivery Restrictions: Some parts of the U.S. have placed restrictions on many of the items sold in the our stores. You will receive an email notice if we know of any restrictions on an item you have purchased. We have no way of knowing all local restrictions so you are required to know the laws and restrictions in your own area. See the Terms of Use section for more information.


  • Sales Tax
  • CarUnlockTools.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site that is shipped to locations in Texas only.


  • Return Policy
  • We guarantee that all products purchased on this web site will arrive at their destination in excellent condition. If you find (within 14 days of receiving the item) that the item you purchased has a manufacturer's defect or has been damaged in shipping, we will either replace or repair the item or refund the purchase price (less shipping) after you have returned the item to us

    To receive repair service, a replacement or a credit, contact CarUnlockTools.com via email at orders@CarUnlockTools.com within 14 days of the date you receive your item. In your email, include your Name, Order Number and a description of the problem you are having with the product. Many problems can be solved easily and the return process avoided if you just contact us immediately. We will contact you by email or phone with instructions. All returns must be approved by CarUnlockTools.com in advance. If your return is approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization which must be included with the item that you ship to us. To receive a replacement, repair or credit, the product must be returned (at your expense) in the original packaging and must be in resalable condition. Return To: Order Department, Stunning Sales, PO Box 460903, Garland, TX 75046-0903. If you return an item to us without prior authorization, no credits or replacements will be given and your product will be returned to you at your expense. Do not ship any item to us without our approval.

    Once your item is received in our warehouse, we will inspect it, assess the problem and if the problem is covered by our warranty, we will either repair it and return it to you, replace it or issue a refund (less shipping). If any damage to a product is deemed to have been caused by misuse or is not covered by our warranty, it will not be repaired or replaced but returned to you at your expense. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to any item returned to us solely by choice and not due to a defect. By placing an order on this web site, you are acknowledging these Return Policy provisions and are agreeing to follow the terms of this policy.

  • Payments: We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Business Checks or Money Orders. We do not accept personal checks.
